Jelly Roll Tote Bag Class with Hannah

Part 1: February 27, 2027, from 2:00 PM to :400 PM

Part 1: March 13, 2027, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Class limited to 6 attendees.

Our classes require a minimum of 2 (two) attendees for a class to be held. Should we not meet the minimum requirements, you will be notified no less than 7 days prior, and you will be refunded for your purchase. 

This Jelly Roll Rug Class is sure to become a favorite!

In this class, you will learn how to create a jelly roll tube. Once your tube is complete, we will shape and stitch it into a beautiful Jelly Roll Rug. Students will provide their own jelly roll fabric, Jelly Roll Batting and fabric tube maker.

Class Preparation:
Before class, please sew ALL of your Jelly Roll strips together end to end to create one continuous strip. Do not sew the strips side by side. They must be joined end to end so they are ready to use during class.

Skill Level:
Students should have basic sewing experience, be comfortable using a sewing machine, and be able to sew an accurate seam allowance.

What to bring to class:
Jelly Roll strips pre-sewn 
Jelly Roll Batting (50 yards)
Sharp scissors
Tube Maker found here Clover - Fabric Tube Maker - 4022 – Humble Stitch
Sewing Machine (if bringing your own)

You MUST be familiar with using a sewing machine. If you bring your own, please make sure it is in good working order, has a full bobbin, a fresh needle, and foot that allows you to do a zigzag stitch.
If you use our machine, it will be ready to go. If you have never used one, please come a little early to familiarize yourself with the machine.
We will not have time in class for basic machine instruction.
