At Humble Stitch, your crafting satisfaction matters. We offer a straightforward 30-day return window for products that don't meet your needs. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer care team first – we'll provide specific instructions to ensure a smooth process.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We're committed to resolving these issues, but cannot assist with claims made after the 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Monthly stitch box subscriptions (non-refundable)
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Opened patterns and craft books (due to copyright protection)
  • Assembled craft kits
  • Items with removed or damaged original packaging

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Products must be free from smoke and other strong odors
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return
  • For refused or undeliverable packages, refunds are evaluated case-by-case
  • Store credit may be offered in certain circumstances

Products with Manufacturer Warranties: For items covered by manufacturer warranties, please follow the warranty documentation for repair or replacement procedures. These items should be sent directly to the manufacturer rather than returned to Humble Stitch.
