Shipping & Delivery

FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $50! Orders under $50 ship for $4.95.

Our standard shipping is through USPS with typical delivery in 1-4 days (excluding Sundays, not guaranteed). Non-contiguous states may experience longer delivery times.

UPS Ground shipping is $15, free on orders over $250 (some restrictions apply). Delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on your distance from our Pennsylvania location.

Special Shipping Conditions:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and non-contiguous locations: USPS only
• PO boxes or US military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO): USPS only
• International delivery times vary by method and destination

We ship Monday-Saturday, excluding major holidays. Contact us for specific shipping estimates.

Important Shipping Information:

1. For urgent orders, please contact us - we'll prioritize when possible. Large fabric orders may require additional processing time.
2. Multiple orders cannot be combined.
3. We may adjust shipping methods for oversized items (batting, cutting mats, etc.). Third-party shipped items use various carriers.
4. Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses.
5. Order changes require immediate contact via phone or chat. Once processed, changes cannot be made.
6. USPS Policy: 7-day waiting period before investigating delayed shipments. Allow 15 business days for resolution before reships/refunds.
7. Digital items (downloadable patterns, gift certificates, membership/pre-order fees) excluded from shipping calculations.

U.S. Sales Tax Most U.S. orders (except military addresses) incur sales tax based on shipping address and state regulations. We comply with all applicable state tax laws.

International Shipping

• Standard International Mail: 2-4 weeks delivery (may be longer)
• UPS Worldwide Expedited:
  • Canada: 2-3 business days
  • Other locations: 3-6 business days
• Oversized items may incur additional costs

International Shipping Disclaimer:
We maintain a "ship at your own risk" policy for certain countries. No tracking, re-shipping, refunds, or credits available for lost orders to: South Africa, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, Chile, Panama, Ecuador, Malaysia, Philippines, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, India, Lebanon, Namibia, Pakistan, Falkland Islands, Brunei, Mauritius, and United Arab Emirates.

Brazil Note: Import regulations prohibit shipping books to Brazilian addresses.
