Just like the gentle sweep of the pendulum, Pende is a crescent-shaped shawl that is simple to create and a pleasure to wear. Pattern is written for fingering weight yarn and includes instructions for three sizes. Make the small size with just one skein of your favorite yarn or color block in your choice of colors.

Sizes: 

Small: 122cm x 30cm (48" x 12")

Medium: 160cm x 40cm (63" x 16")

Large: 175cm x 55cm (69" x 21.5")

Yarn:

Fingering weight/4ply yarn of your choice - wool, cotton, silk, alpaca, and bamboo blends would suit this design.

Small size: approximately 130m (145y) each of 3 colors - 390 m (425y) total

Medium size: approximately 160m (175y) each of 3 colors - 480m (525y) total

Large size: approximately 200m (220y) each of 3 colors - 600m (660y) total
