Riley Blake Tree Quilt Paper Wall Hanging Class

November 30, 2025

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Discover a fun and fast technique using Riley Blake’s Tree Quilt Paper! In this class, we’ll use paper templates not for sewing, but for cutting. Not an accurate cutter? No problem! This clever method makes fabric cutting easy, accurate, and stress-free.

These tree quilt blocks come together in a relaxed, scrappy way that’s both forgiving and fun. We’ll make a small holiday tree wall hanging in class, but the same method can be used to create a quilt of any size.

It’s a great way to learn something new while enjoying a low-pressure, creative project.

Skill Level: Students should have basic sewing experience and be comfortable changing the presser feet on their sewing machines.

You must be comfortable using a quilting ruler, rotary cutter, and iron.

You MUST be familiar with using a sewing machine. If you bring your own please make sure it is in good working order, has a full bobbin, a fresh needle, and a ¼ inch quilting foot.

If you use our machine it will be ready to go. If you have never used one please come a little early to familiarize yourself with the machine.
We will not have time in class for basic machine instruction.

Included: You will receive your complete kit the day of class. Fabric colors may vary but all will be holiday themed.
