Crochet Purse with Angie - 2 Part Class - October 11th and 25th
Two Part Class
Part 1: October 11, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Part 2: October 25, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
This purse can be crocheted in any desired size. You can design it in many different ways to look the way you would like. This class will show you how to create your own crocheted purse, how to line the purse with fabric, create a pocket if desired, show you how to crochet a sturdy strap, and will end with final assembly and edge finishing!
The size of the purse will determine how much yarn will be needed for this project! You may bring your own worsted weight yarn from your stash or purchase it at Humble Stitch. If you are going to purchase it and Humble Stitch, please arrive at least 45minutes before class, or come into the shop on a day prior to class.
Skill Level: Intermediate: Attendee must know how to chain, slip stitch, single crochet, and double crochet.
Required Materials:
Crochet Hook - Size H/8 5mm (or size for desired tension)
Worsted Weight Yarn
Fabric for Lining
Yarn Needle
Sewing Needle
Thread
Leather Handle (if you don’t want to crochet one)
Button (if you want a closure)
