Aren't these cherries SWEET! Carol will guide you through creating (1) cherries jubilee piece in class, and you will leave with the knowledge to stitch up two more pieces. Your kit will include toweling and fabric to make a total of (3) coordinating project. (Tops only) Embroidery and "slow stitching" as it is sometimes referred to is making a comeback. Its unique charm, personalized touch, and alignment with sustainability have made it increasingly popular. The focus of this class is to teach you how to cut out your pieces and use embroidery stitches to applique them onto another medium, whether wool, cotton fabric, or even toweling.
Please Note: While No embroidery experience is needed, if you would like your finished project to be a pillow or wall hanging, you WILL need to know how to use a sewing machine.
