Sunday August 31 1pm-4pm
Join us at Humblestitch for a fun, hands-on sewing class where you’ll create the beautiful Allover Project Bag by Minki Kim. This is a great project for building your sewing confidence while learning a few essential skills along the way.
In this class, you’ll learn:
- How to use a seam guide for crosshatch quilting
- How to sew in a simple zipper using a zipper foot
- Step-by-step instructions to construct your project bag from start to finish

Skill Level: Students should have basic sewing experience and be comfortable changing the presser feet on their sewing machines.

**You MUST be familiar with using a sewing machine. If you bring your own, please make sure it is in good working order, has a full bobbin, a fresh needle, and a ¼ inch quilting foot.
If you use our machine it will be ready to go. If you have never used one please come a little early to familiarize yourself with the machine.
**We will not have time in class for basic machine instruction


Included: You will receive your kit the day of class. Kit includes Allover Project Bag pattern and all materials for the project.

Required Materials:

- Your sewing machine (if you're not using a Humble Stitch machine)
- A seam guide and zipper foot for your machine
If you're using one of our house machines, seam guides and zipper feet will be provided.
