This class is ideal for confident beginners who are ready to build their sewing skills. You will learn how to assemble and sew pajama pants, create an elastic waistband, and hem your pants. Each student will make one pair in either an adult or child’s size.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will use traditional sewing machines, and two sergers will also be available for students to try. If you have been curious about using a serger, this is a fantastic opportunity to see how one works! If you have your own, you may also bring that instead of your sewing machine. PLEASE let me know if you ARE bringing a serger.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe pattern we will be using is a free pattern, and all students will be given the information to download the pattern themselves for future use. Stand naturally without holding your breath or pulling in your stomach. Keep the tape snug but comfortable—it should not dig into your skin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWaist:\u003c\/strong\u003e Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button. If you are unsure where it is, bend gently to one side—the crease marks your natural waist.
